1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and remember preferences or session state. Similar technologies - such as local storage, pixel tags, and session tokens - serve comparable purposes.

We use these technologies on our marketing website (atlasweave.ai) and within the Atlasweave application (app.atlasweave.ai).

2. Cookies We Use

Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core features. No consent is required for these cookies.

Analytics

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. All data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. These are set only after consent.

ProviderPurposeDuration
PostHog (EU Cloud) Product analytics - aggregated page views, feature usage and click events to help us improve the product First-party cookie, up to 12 months

We use PostHog's EU Cloud, so analytics data is stored on EU-based servers. These cookies load only after you accept analytics cookies, and we do not use them for cross-site advertising.

Marketing

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies on our website. If this changes, we will update this Notice and seek your consent before setting any such cookies.

3. Third-Party Cookies

When you use certain integrations or embedded content, third parties may set their own cookies. We do not control these cookies and they are subject to the respective third party's privacy policy. Examples include:

  • Stripe - payment fraud prevention (applies on checkout pages only);
  • YouTube / Vimeo - if we embed product videos, those providers may set cookies.

4. Your Choices

Cookie banner

When you first visit our site, a consent banner gives you the option to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preference at any time by clicking the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Browser settings

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies via their settings. Doing so may affect your experience, particularly on the application. Common browser guides:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Opt-out tools

You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer to decline non-essential cookies; PostHog will not load on subsequent visits. To clear analytics cookies already set, delete cookies via your browser settings (see above).

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no agreed standard for responding to DNT signals, we do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT. You can use the cookie choices described above to limit tracking instead.

6. Changes

We may update this Cookies Notice as our use of cookies changes or legal requirements evolve. The "Effective date" at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated via the cookie consent banner on your next visit.
