Why we built this
Every transformation project we'd seen - consulting, ERP, AI pilots - hit the same bottleneck: nobody had a clear picture of how work actually happened. Weeks went into discovery. Workshops produced slide decks that aged immediately. The next project started from scratch.
We built Atlas to break that pattern - not to replace consultants, CSMs, or process owners, but to help them capture, structure, and act on knowledge that used to live only in people's heads.
The result is a living blueprint canvas that turns raw documents into a cited map of how work gets done - and a prioritised plan for what to change.
